Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8-10 years of outside medical device sales experience preferred.
• Any relevant direct training experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor EMS Territory Managers to improve product positioning and selling skills.
• Develop plans for new and tenured TMs to grow skills and pipeline.
• Maintain organized account records and CRM compliance.
• Ensure product knowledge and post-sale deployment skills meet standards.
• Coordinate field visits and training activities with area TMs.
