Qualifications

• Understand business health: annual volume, best sellers, in-season trends.
• Send bi-weekly recaps on sales trends, programs, and margin gains.
• Share learnings with account partners and leadership.
• Review business with store management and Retail Development to spot opportunities.
• Build strong account partnerships and collaborate continually.
• Execute leadership strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Walk areas weekly; assess, adjust merchandising and pricing as needed.
• Keep stockrooms organized for easy replenishment.
• Provide and model selling techniques to the team.

Responsibilities

• Walk all areas of business weekly; assess and take timely action.
• Execute merchandise statements in line with Ralph Lauren guidance.
• Adjust floor moves based on seasonal directives and trends.
• Maintain organized stockrooms for efficient product replenishment.
• Coach and train staff to improve selling performance.
