Job summary

YPO, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure accurate, timely AR processing, reconciliation, and reporting. You will manage day-to-day AR tasks across Salesforce, Certinia, and related systems, resolve complex payment issues, and support monthly close and audits.

The role requires 4+ years in AR or related finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/CRM platforms. Occasional travel may be required; compensation reflects market standards for the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce and Certinia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including posting and reconciling data across Salesforce, Certinia, Cvent, and related systems.
• Research and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments ( wires, ACH, checks, cards ).
• Coordinate annual membership renewal billing and system testing in Salesforce.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to accounts receivable activity.
• Support AR close, audit requests, and cross-functional reconciliation with GL and AP.
