Job summary

YPO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a US-remote, full-time role. You will manage member invoices and payments, research misapplied funds, and support monthly close activities across ERP/CRM platforms. Strong attention to accuracy, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

The role requires 4+ years in AR or related finance, with experience in Salesforce and Certinia preferred. Flex hours across time zones and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Certinia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities across member invoices and payments.
• Research and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments (wires, ACH, checks, card).
• Monitor Lifetime Dues receivables, including installment tracking and delinquency follow-up.
• Process refunds with Accounts Payable according to policies and approvals.
• Perform monthly AR close activities and reconcile aging to GL.
