Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle medical claims. This fully remote role, eligible in designated states including NC, requires extensive billing expertise and HIPAA compliance.

You will manage clean claims, follow-ups, appeals, and patient inquiries while collaborating with a multispecialty practice client base. Requirements include a high school diploma and 7+ years of claims billing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Medical Insurance Claims billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to analyze, follow up on claims, and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and re-submit clean claims to insurance companies electronically or by paper.
• Analyze and correct first pass rejected claims for accuracy.
• Follow up on claim status and communicate with insurance carriers.
• Process claim appeals with necessary documentation.
• Assist with adjustments and write-offs as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all billing activities.
• Respond to patient billing inquiries in a timely manner.
