Raintree Systems, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Medical Claims. This fully remote role supports multispecialty medical billing across payer networks and patients.

You will prepare, submit, and follow up on claims, analyze denials, and work with staff to resolve accounts—delivering accurate reimbursements while upholding compliance. Formación

• Experience in Medical Insurance Claims billing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google applications.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and quantify results.
• Strong problem-solving and data tracking abilities.
• Able to work well in a team and follow HR policies and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures accurate, compliant, timely billing and appropriate reimbursement for multispecialty services.
• Prepare and re-submit clean claims according to payer guidelines and contracts.
• Analyze and correct first pass rejected claims for second pass submission.
• Research and perform claim status follow up for assigned plans.
• Review and process claim appeals with supporting documentation.
• Research and recommend account adjustments or write-offs as needed.
• Identify and report billing issues to management for timely resolution.
• Generate and submit monthly patient balance statements per EOBs.
• Review patient accounts for delinquencies and collect overdue payments.
• Answer patient questions about billing and payments.
