The ideal candidate will manage daily AR activities across student revenue channels, ensure accurate data entry and general ledger coding, and support accurate revenue reporting in coordination with the AR Manager. This position emphasizes attention to detail, timely invoicing, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR functions and data accuracy for student revenue channels.
• Submit invoices on external partner portals as required.
• Resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies as needed.
• Monitor and process incoming payments daily.
• Research unidentified payments and process accordingly.
• Process student cases daily: cancellations, withdrawals, program changes.
• Reconcile revenue for assigned channels weekly and at month-end.
• Identify accounts needing adjustments and execute accordingly.
• Conduct payment reconciliation on accounts as needed.
• Lead collections efforts on delinquent accounts.
• Provide outstanding customer service on internal and external requests.
• Assist AR Manager in reducing outstanding accounts receivable and reconciling deposits.
• Cross-train with AR team members and document processes as needed.
• Handle special projects and tasks as directed.
