Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee daily AR functions for multiple student revenue channels in a remote setting. You will ensure accurate invoicing, monitor payments, and resolve billing discrepancies while supporting the AR process from end to end.

The role requires 3–5 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce. This is a remote role with standard business hours and a focus on accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR functions and ensure accurate invoicing and data entry.
• Submit invoices on external partner portals as required.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and monitor incoming payments.
• Reconcile revenue on a weekly basis and at month-end close.
• Lead collections on delinquent accounts and provide customer service.
