Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting functions.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR functions for assigned revenue channels.
• Submit invoices on external partner portals as required.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies as needed.
• Monitor and process incoming payments daily.
• Investigate unidentified payments and process accordingly.
• Process student cases including cancellations and program changes.
• Reconcile revenue for assigned channels weekly and at month-end.
• Identify accounts requiring adjustments and execute accordingly.
• Lead collections efforts on delinquent accounts.
• Provide outstanding customer service for internal and external requests.
• Assist AR Manager in reducing outstanding receivables and reconciling deposits.
• Cross-train with AR team members as needed.
• Document processes and procedures for revenue channels.
• Handle special projects as directed.
