Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience.

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR functions and ensure accurate invoicing for student revenue channels.
• Submit invoices on external partner portals as required.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and monitor incoming payments.
• Lead collections efforts on delinquent accounts.
• Reconcile revenue weekly and at month-end close.
• Assist AR Manager to reduce outstanding receivables.
