Strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software are essential. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure accurate records and timely collections while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related finance roles.
• Experience with invoicing, payments, and account adjustments.
• Experience maintaining customer records and financial documents.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong numeric and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Enter and update customer payments in accounting systems.
• Apply payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, balances, and payment due dates.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve account issues.
