Simera is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing and payment processing in a remote work environment. You will issue and apply payments, monitor aging and reconcile accounts while supporting month-end closings. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting software are required.

The role requires independent work, clear communication with customers, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure timely and accurate financial processes across customer accounts.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing or related finance roles.
• Proficient with Excel and data accuracy in processing payments.
• Able to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and apply customer payments to appropriate accounts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, balances, and due dates.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Prepare AR reports and aging reports.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized financial records.
