RemoteFetch is hiring an AR Operations Representative to handle daily accounts receivable tasks in a fully remote role. The position pays $7 USD per hour, with 40 hours per week and the work schedule must overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly proactive; does not need hand-holding.
• Comfortable working in a startup with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing shared AR inboxes.
• Clearing scheduled actions queues for accounts on the Invoice Butler platform.
• Responding to Slack requests and internal messages.
• Reviewing and updating action items / to-dos for customers.
