• Manage denials resulting from non-compliance to billing requirements.
• Review AR for collection feasibility and determine required adjustments.
• Propose process improvements to address repeated issues or trends.
• Apply knowledge of insurance billing information and coding.
• Maintain communication with Payors regarding changes.
• Support the development of Payor performance metrics.
• Maintain high First Pass resolution rates for practices.
• Manage aging of Client Review AR bucket effectively.
