GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance team. You will manage customer accounts, resolve payment issues, and drive timely collections in a remote role aligned to Eastern Time business hours.

You will collaborate with Sales and senior leadership to accelerate resolution of past-due accounts, maintain payment postings, and support internal reporting. Prior AR experience and ERP knowledge are important for success.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Solid attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills during collections conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with focus on timely collections and DSO reduction.
• Conduct collection calls and written correspondence in a high-volume environment.
• Provide responsive service related to billing queries, short payments, disputes and discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts with adjustments, reconciliations, and small balance write-offs.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to resolve past-due accounts.
• Maintain postings for checks, ACH, wire and credit card payments.
