Job summary

Automatiq is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to manage cash flow by monitoring receivables and driving timely collections across multiple revenue streams. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AR/Collections, strong Excel abilities, and a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable or Collections or related finance role.
• Strong AR processes, cash application, and collections strategies.
• Excellent Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Remote-first environment; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of outstanding balances across multiple revenue streams.
• Lead proactive collections across broker and marketplace partner portfolios.
• Design and own AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance leadership.
• Drive system automation improvements and ERP integration projects.
• Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc financial reports for Finance leadership.
