Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in accounts receivable and collections can substitute for educational requirements.
• Basic knowledge of sales contracts and standard payment terms.
• Flexibility to work an early shift schedule to provide coverage for European time zones.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with automation tools and processes would be an added advantage.
• Flexibility and adaptability navigate frequent changes in a fast-growing company

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of B2B accounts, focusing on proactive monitoring and outreach for past-due accounts.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding overdue invoices.
• Assist in cash forecasting and provide predictability on expected weekly/monthly collections.
• Embrace AI-friendly workflows and integrate new automation tools.
• Monitor aging reports and update Finance Leadership on status and risks.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Renewals, and Operations.
• Record all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Post daily customer payments and understand contract terms for accuracy.
• Communicate with Sales, Operations, and Finance; participate in governance calls and ad hoc projects.
