Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of billing software, accounting systems, and ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for products or services provided to customers.
• Generate and review complex invoices accurately and timely.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Include and verify all necessary information on invoices (charges, pricing, taxes, terms).
• Process special billing requests and adjustments.
• Address billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Update customer accounts as needed.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare reports on billing activities and present findings to management.
• Meticulously reconcile invoices and billing records.
