Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an AR Analyst to independently analyze complex accounts receivable issues, support billing systems, and improve AR processes. You will maintain AR records, respond to field queries, and collaborate with third-party vendors to implement system enhancements.

This role requires strong data analysis, attention to detail, and experience in a large corporate environment. Remote within the United States with a schedule aligned to MST hours; compensation range

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience in a Fortune 500 company.
• Strong data analysis and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze historical data for AR metrics and data analysis.
• Coordinate billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX systems.
• Maintain InfoPro month-end controls and respond to field/cash applications questions.
• Test and review AR business requirements for databases and apps to streamline processes.
• Serve as liaison between AR and vendors for system and process enhancements.
