Job summary

STG Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, reconciliation, and payment resolution activities in a remote role. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills and experience working with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.

You will review requests, reconcile invoices across ERP platforms, maintain customer data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AR issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; minimum 3 years' experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; GAAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process memo requests accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile and validate billing invoices across ERP platforms.
• Maintain customer database to support accurate, consistent, and timely account information.
• Evaluate and reconcile customer rebate programs and related account activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and accounts receivable issues.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable payment discrepancies to support timely resolution.
• Monitor accounts receivable bank activity, including debits, exceptions, and irregular transactions.
