Job summary

Akamai seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Billing & Accounts Receivable to drive end-to-end analyses in a global enterprise environment. This remote US role collaborates with engineering, QA, and operations to optimize billing and receivables processes and deliver clear requirements for the SDLC.

You will own requirements, write user stories, coordinate cross-functional delivery, support UAT, and ensure production readiness through a hypercare cycle, with 5+ years in IT and Oracle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally in IT.
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables platforms (R12 / Fusion Cloud).
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously with prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand billing management processes and goals.
• Analyze existing systems to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create detailed requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver roadmap items and ensure quality delivery.
• Support UAT with test cases and coordinate testing efforts.
