Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an AR Analyst to work remotely within the United States, primarily supporting the accounts receivable function for multi-division operations. You will analyze complex AR issues, run queries, and implement process improvements to meet customer service standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating billing, posting, month-end controls, cash application, and testing system requirements in Oracle, InfoPro and TRUX environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment that includes data entry, analysis and reconciliation of accounting-related records.
• 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in a Fortune 500 company.
• Experience with Lockbox processes.
• Experience with Oracle, InfoPro and TRUX systems and SQL Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes historical data through queries for AR metrics monitoring and data analysis; identifies opportunities, makes recommendations and implements AR process improvements.
• Coordinates billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX billing systems.
• Responsible for maintaining InfoPro month end controls.
• Responds to field research requests and cash application and billing questions.
• Tests and reviews AR business requirements for databases and system applications to streamline processes and recommends improvements.
• Processes all lockbox returned items, adjustments, money moves, and customer refund requests.
