Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an AR Analyst to work remotely from the United States. The role focuses on analyzing complex AR issues, maintaining records, and delivering data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize billing, cash application, and reporting processes.

The position emphasizes process control, system testing, and training across AR functions, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in a large Fortune 500 company.
• Multi-division AR processing experience.
• Experience with Lockbox process and related systems.
• Experience with Oracle, InfoPro and TRUX billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AR metrics and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX systems.
• Maintain InfoPro month-end controls.
• Respond to field research requests and cash applications.
• Test and review AR system requirements for efficiency.
• Provide AR training resources and assist vendors.
• Serve as liaison between AR and third-party vendors.
