Responsibilities

• Daily data entry and payment processing.
• Log into the CashPro banking portal each morning to review incoming fees and download documents.
• Process 75–300 entries daily.
• Extract key financial data: settlement amount, attorney fees, firm receipts.
• Verify that amounts match bank receipts.
• Log extracted data into Google Sheets.
• Learn varying settlement sheet formats from ~150 referral partners.
• Document management and organization.
• Escalate discrepancies to a senior team member.
