Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates system enhancement requests and coordinates release schedule with product owner and stakeholders.
• Performs research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility.
• Creates detailed documentation of user requirements and partners with the development team to document functional and non-functional specifications.
• Supports QA and UAT with data analysis and pre-/post-implementation reviews.
• Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plans for the software solution.
• Builds and maintains relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
