Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) management role to partner with AR leadership, train a team of AR associates, and ensure GAAP-compliant processes across multiple systems. This fully remote position supports customer and market results and offers backup for management tasks.

You will coach, escalate, and analyze complex payments, monitor SLA timelines, and contribute to internal controls and audits, enabling accurate recording of payments and write-offs.

Qualifications

• Three years in a high-volume AR processing environment or a degree plus two years.
• One year experience training and guiding associates.
• Advanced skills with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong training, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service, issue resolution, judgement, and analytical skills.
• Experience across up to 25 systems and portals including AR mainframe systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow and ensure payments are recorded accurately per SLA.
• Coach and train associates on advanced concepts and systems.
• Provide escalation support and professional customer service guidance.
• Perform complex research and account analysis using multiple systems.
• Support internal controls and audits.
• Provide supplemental support to meet daily goals.
• Compile documents for legal or audit purposes.
• Verify financial integrity across markets and groups; record bad debt write-offs.
• Ensure AR records comply with GAAP.
• Support special AR projects as assigned.
