Job summary

Republic Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an AR Analyst to manage mass Accounts Receivable data uploads into Oracle AR using FBDI templates. You will coordinate with AR, Accounting Services, and business partners to ensure accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity for high-volume transactions.

The role supports system enhancements, training, and back-office activities with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an office environment with data entry and accounting analysis.
• Experience in a large Fortune 500 company is preferred.
• Multi-division AR processing with lockbox knowledge and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Process lockbox unidentified cash, adjustments, money moves, and refunds via Oracle AR.
• Collaborate with Billing, Cash, Collections, and Reporting teams to optimize AR processes.
• Manage AR data uploads using Oracle FBDI templates and related workflows in ServiceNow.
• Respond to questions on cash application, collections, and billing; provide analysis.
• Test and review AR requirements; suggest improvements and data integrity controls.
