Job summary

SSM Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst to analyze AR, denial, and claims data, develop dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) operations. You will partner with leaders to prioritize opportunities and resolve payer issues to improve financial outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years’ experience

Responsibilities

Collaborates with key decision makers to identify and solve a variety of business or operational problems and objectives.
Interprets data, identifies trends, utilizes benchmark data, creates data visualization and applies data to business operations.
Develops specifications of analytic and reporting needs through participation in project teams or meetings with internal/external customers for projects and ad hoc requests.
Utilizes a variety of databases and query tools to gather data.
Develops and maintains dashboards which include weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to regions and ministries.
Partners with customers, peers and cross functional teams to discover needs; and proactively offers options and solutions.
