Job summary

Ogletree Deakins, Greenville, SC, seeks a full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst to assist the AR Manager in daily AR duties within the Firm’s Accounting department. Advanced accounting knowledge and SOX familiarity are required; flexibility and organization are essential.

Responsibilities include AR task management for 10+ locations, reconciling client credits, ad hoc reporting, refunds via Chrome River, training, and GL reconciliation collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting clerk experience with 2+ years of higher education OR 5+ years of accounting clerk experience without higher education.
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, document management, accounting, imaging, and database software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to train new employees and introduce new processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR tasks for 10+ assigned locations.
• Reconcile client credits and perform ad hoc reporting.
• Process refunds via Chrome River.
• Assist AR Manager with special projects and cash receipt postings.
• Help train new employees and coordinate with General Accounting to reconcile GLs.
• Handle payment-related requests for the Immigration SelfPay Platform (if assigned).
