Job summary

SourceHub, part of the ScanSource Group, is seeking an Account Receivable Analyst to manage daily AR activities, resolve discrepancies, and optimize cash flow. You will interact with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely collections.

The role requires AR experience, SAP proficiency, and strong Excel skills, with English fluency for daily meetings and reporting to the U.S. headquarters. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fluent English, able to participate in daily meetings and prepare reports for US HQ.
• Experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and electronic customer docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts receivable.
• Investigate root causes of claims, deductions, and short payments; resolve promptly.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation in ERP systems and electronic files.
• Reconcile open credit memos and match/unpaid invoices.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Interact with management during complex discussions.
• Coordinate refund requests and close accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards.
