Job summary

Windy City Call Center LLC in Austin, TX is seeking part-time outbound call center professionals who enjoy connecting with homeowners and setting quality appointments. You will work a fixed schedule within our business hours, with Friday and Sunday shifts required, and you will be paid $15.00–$17.00 per hour depending on experience.

Onboarding includes paid online training and after 90 days, PTO eligibility.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Strong listening skills and professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask while handling calls and using multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners who expressed interest in home improvement services.
• Set qualified appointments while meeting performance goals.
• Work a fixed schedule within our business hours and maintain attendance.
