Job summary

American Home Design, Inc. is looking for Part-time Remote Call Center Agents to schedule appointments for our sales team.

You will make outbound calls to interested homeowners and book free consultations from the comfort of your home, supported by a robust marketing program. Ideal candidates are persuasive communicators with at least 2 years in sales and 1+ year in a call center, capable of using a CRM, staying motivated, and overcoming objections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years in a Call Center environment.
• Proficient navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues.
• Previous home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 25-35 outbound calls per hour to schedule appointments.
• Follow scripts to engage homeowners and schedule free consultations.
• Overcome objections with provided rebuttals.
• Maintain a positive attitude despite rejection.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
• Record notes in the CRM about conversations.
