Job summary

Windy City Call Center LLC in Austin, TX is seeking part-time outbound call center professionals who enjoy connecting with homeowners and setting quality appointments. You will work a fixed schedule within our business hours, with Friday and Sunday shifts required, and you will be paid $15.00–$17.00 per hour depending on experience.

Onboarding includes paid online training and after 90 days, PTO eligibility.

Job description

We're an appointment-setting call center looking for part time outbound call center professionals who enjoy connecting with customers and setting quality appointments. What You’ll Do

• Call homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement services
• Set qualified appointments while meeting performance goals
• Work a fixed schedule that you build within our available business hours
• Friday availability is required
• Sunday availability is required

What We're Looking For

• Prior outbound call center experience (appointment setting preferred)
• Strong listening skills and a professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and navigating multiple computer applications
• Texas residency required
• Reliable, dependable, and able to consistently work required Friday and Sunday shifts

Pay and Benefits

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
• Pay increase after 30 days of employment
• Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days for both full-time and part-time employees
• Paid online training

Technical Requirements

• High-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• Windows 11 or newer with at least 8GB RAM and a 2.10 GHz processor
• Webcam required for training and meetings
