Pachis Agency LLC is seeking an Appointment Setter to handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with our sales producers. The role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work fully remote, ideal for balancing school, another job, or other commitments. Training and equipment are provided.

Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour, based on experience, with bonus and performance opportunities. No insurance license is required to start.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be located in AZ, CO, GA, IL, IN, IA, MI, MA, MO, OH, WI.
• No insurance license is required to start.
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Resilient attitude with frequent rejection.
• Energy and positivity during outreach.
• Comfort with objections and gatekeepers.
• Familiarity with CRM, dialer and calendar tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned prospect lists.
• Qualify leads through basic discovery questions.
• Schedule qualified appointments on producer calendars.
• Send appointment confirmations and calendar invitations.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks.
• Re-engage prospects around renewal dates.
• Follow approved scripts and telemarketing compliance standards.
