Job summary

Targeting property managers, building owners, and facility directors, you will pre-qualify leads and book consultations directly into Go High Level—bypassing unnecessary steps to get our field team on-site faster.

You will focus on lead engagement and scheduling; closing sales, estimating, and proposals are handled separately.

Qualifications

• Language requirement: Fluent English (Exceptional written and verbal communication).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Appointment Setting or SDR roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone, email, and digital outreach to commercial property managers and building owners.
• Pre-qualify accounts by gathering key details, compliance history, and decision-maker timelines.
• Schedule qualified walkthrough consultations into the calendar and hand off to field team.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up sequences to maximize booked appointments.
• Communicate value of on-site safety inspections and coordinate reminders to reduce no-shows.
