You will prospect via calls, email, and social channels, maintain CRM records, and aim to meet daily and weekly appointment targets while coordinating with the sales team to convert qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce the company, products, or services to prospective customers clearly and professionally.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs, requirements, interest, and fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments, meetings, or demonstrations for the sales team.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects not ready to schedule.
• Handle basic questions and objections while staying positive.
• Record prospect information and activities in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times with sales reps.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper handoffs of leads.
