Talentoma is seeking an Appointment Setting Specialist to support the business development team. You will conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify prospects and book introductory meetings for the sales team. This fully remote role in New York requires a 40-hour week and regular team check-ins.

You will use Five9, Salesforce, and Google Calendar to coordinate and document outreach. Send confirmations, maintain contact details, and hand off qualified appointments with concise context.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in appointment setting or outbound calling preferable.
• Familiar with introductory sales conversations and qualification questions.
• Comfort with phone systems, CRM, and scheduling tools.
• Clear verbal communication and professional email writing.
• Reliable computer, internet, and quiet workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Review outreach queues and inquiries before contacting.
• Make outbound calls, including cold calls, via Five9.
• Ask qualification questions to assess prospect needs.
• Explain meeting purpose and format; avoid closing sales.
• Record updates in Salesforce for the team.
• Coordinate meeting slots using Google Calendar.
• Send meeting confirmations with links and details.
• Follow up on unanswered inquiries and rescheduling.
• Hand off qualified appointments with context to sales.
• Review outreach for accuracy and notes; seek team feedback.
