It requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, with varying shifts and days. The position emphasizes accurate communication, qualification of prospects, and coordinated handoffs to sales, without handling negotiations or closures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred.
• Ability to learn prospect tracking and calendar tools.
• Clear spoken and written communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned prospect queues to identify who needs initial conversation or scheduling response.
• Place outbound calls, introduce purpose, confirm interest.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries with approved info.
• Ask qualification questions and route prospects to sales.
• Check contact details in a CRM like HubSpot before updating.
• Arrange appointments via scheduling tools like Calendly.
• Send meeting confirmations with joining instructions.
• Follow up on inquiries and rescheduling per guidance.
• Escalate questions outside approved information to team lead.
• Maintain accurate handoffs with quality notes and follow-up.
