Job summary

DxTx Pain & Spine is seeking a Contact Center Representative to schedule new patients for affiliated clinics. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and make outbound outreach to interested individuals, all in a fully remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates have call center and scheduling experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to patient confidentiality. Benefits are included for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center and appointment scheduling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling.
• Register and schedule new patients and provide pre-appointment materials.
• Cancel, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and educate them on treatment options.
• Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Support marketing lead activity tracking and reporting.
• Follow company policies and healthcare standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
