You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, and legal experts to scale impactful AI-powered solutions, mentor staff, and represent Relativity at industry events.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in CS or quantitative field with 6+ years of applied AI/ML experience.
• Experience building production-ready AI systems and maintaining them through the lifecycle.
• Fluency with modern generative AI within larger systems and reliability judgment.
• Strong software engineering skills and an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of applied scientists, hiring and mentoring.
• Shape architectures, review designs, and work closely with engineers.
• Own end-to-end AI system readiness from framing to production monitoring.
