Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS (or equivalent) with 6+ years in applied AI/ML and 1+ year as a leader.
• Deep applied AI/ML and deployment experience; production-ready AI systems.
• Fluency with modern generative AI as part of larger systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of applied scientists, hiring and mentoring.
• Set technical and scientific bar; review designs and evaluations.
• Own AI system readiness end-to-end from framing to production monitoring.
• Choose the right problems; help decide investments.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, customer teams to scale.
• Communicate technical nuance clearly to leadership and customers.
• Represent Relativity at conferences and with customers.
