Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) seeks an Applications Development Manager for Thermal Management in Western North America. The role is remote, with responsibilities to identify opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and manage key accounts.

You will train customers, drive adoption, and support our broader commercial team. Required are a bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to interact with engineers, purchasing, and senior management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities with targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
• Conduct product trainings for targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
• Manage key accounts and develop market penetration strategies.
• Leverage CRM to track opportunities and large account management.
• Participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows.
