Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) is seeking an Applications Development Manager for Thermal Management in Western North America. You will shape our organization’s success, work with strategic customers, and lead initiatives across sales and technical teams.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles (5+ preferred), a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and project-management skills. The position offers remote work and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical or sales roles; 5+ years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to engage across all organization levels including engineers, buyers, and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities with strategic Thermal Management customers.
• Build relationships with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
• Provide product training and information sessions for strategic customers.
• Manage key accounts and develop penetration strategies for Thermal Management.
• Leverage CRM to manage opportunities and large account activities.
• Represent the company at Thermal Management events and trade shows.
