Job summary

TuftsMedicine is seeking an Applications Analyst II for a fully remote role with occasional travel to Massachusetts for go-lives and upgrades. You will design, develop, implement, and support IT applications, and oversee projects with minimal supervision.

The role requires analyzing business needs, collaborating with end users, and delivering reliable application solutions in a healthcare IT environment. Strong customer service and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with eight (8) years of relevant experience OR Associate degree with six (6) years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and updating internal IT applications in accordance with specifications and business needs.
• Ability to lead small to medium size complex projects with oversight and collaborate with end users to define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of application functionality by working with senior staff and reviewing documentation.
• Collaborate with end users to define requirements and tailor systems to meet needs.
• Build, configure, and test applications using available tools; create documentation of builds.
• Lead small to medium projects with oversight and support during implementation events.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and collaborate with vendor support to resolve issues.
