Tufts Medicine is seeking an Applications Analyst II to design, develop, implement, and support IT applications. The role requires collaboration with end users, testing, documentation, and occasional on-call support.

The position may travel to Massachusetts for go-lives and upgrades. This is a remote role with 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, and opportunities to lead medium projects under supervision.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years relevant experience, or associate degree with 6 years, or bachelor's degree with 4 years.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing IT applications.
• Ability to collaborate with end users to define requirements.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Perform IT application implementation, optimization, and support activities.
• Lead small to medium size complex projects with oversight.
• Collaborate with end users to understand and define requirements.
• Develop test scenarios and execute testing.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendor support and participate in vendor groups.
