Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team in a remote-friendly capacity. The role focuses on development support, design, programming, and implementation across Microsoft SaaS platforms, Power Platform (RPA), and ERP/CRM ecosystems, collaborating with IT and business users to translate needs into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in CS or equivalent experience, with 1+ year in enterprise apps, documentation, and Agile

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows, databases, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiar with data privacy practices and laws (HIPAA, URAC).
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot).
• Develop within Power Platform with hands-on RPA development and bot automation.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion/ORMB/OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.
• Development Administration within SmartConnect data movement tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
