Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst to solve complex data processing challenges and support critical business applications and infrastructure.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, monitor workflows, and ensure secure access and data integrity across systems. The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service to internal users

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
