Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations.
• Knowledge of information security principles and data protection best practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, procedures, and user instructions.
• Coordinate timely processing and delivery of client data files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed on schedule.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
