Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Support Specialist to deliver application support to customers and internal teams. You will investigate, track, and resolve issues related to databases and product functionality, while contributing to knowledge bases and creating training materials.

This role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams to document enhancements and defects. Candidates should have 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to learn new software

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objectives and resolve problems.
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and expertise to customers and internal resources.
Investigate, manage, track, and close client support issues related to database and application functionality.
Contribute to knowledge base and document processes and programs.
Create and conduct training for customers on functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to document enhancements and defects.
