Job summary

Alkami Technology is seeking an Application Support Engineer (Temporary Worker) to independently troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues within Alkami’s platform. You will analyze logs, run SQL queries, and communicate with clients throughout the issue lifecycle.

In this remote-first role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, document resolutions, and support deployment readiness while maintaining SLAs and high-quality support during after-hours incidents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and log analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL or SaaS principles.
• Experience troubleshooting issues in distributed systems.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Classify and document incoming tickets by severity and category.
• Resolve client issues by analyzing logs and SQL queries.
• Manage tickets while maintaining SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base with resolutions and procedures.
• Support deployment readiness and post-deployment monitoring.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
